Monica spoke to us today on the impact and sometimes unexpected subconscious impressions left by body language.  She started us out with a presentation on examples of body languages and their effects that occur quite often.  Then, she included more detail on the effects on the culture, birth & genetic traits and specific testing done there, survival mechanics that we all have built in, expressions in meeting and clinical contexts, the psychological impact of elements like confidence and trust, and also gestures and their roots.

Our newest member, Barry, was our good sgt. today, and he made the rounds quite well to refill the club's kitty.
